With over 20 years of experience in the trade and construction industry, Kelly brings extensive knowledge of trade operations, compliance, maintenance and project management. This includes over 11 years overseeing the handover of major commercial construction projects, including hotels and conference centers. Representing clients, he worked closely with builders and trades, overseeing construction handovers, ensuring trade compliance and coordinating maintenance and defect rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period and statutory defects period.
His experience also includes hands-on involvement in major renovation projects, along with international business travel and working with organizations overseas.
As the Director of Contractor Link Australia, Kelly draws on this experience to build strong partnerships between contractors and real estate agencies.
